Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Centre is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou—home to the Greater Bay Area’s only large-scale air-rail integrated hub. The Centre spans approximately 208,000㎡ and delivers over 380,000㎡ of gross floor area, with a cold storage capacity of about 120,000 tonnes. It is Guangdong’s first cold chain trading centre providing full temperature-zone coverage, including ultra-low-temperature deep-freeze storage. Leveraging Guangzhou’s role as a national central city, the Centre actively aligns with the Belt and Road Initiative and the development of the Greater Bay Area, connecting both domestic and international markets.


To date, the Centre has attracted 1,200+ resident merchants and offers 20,000+ quality products with direct-from-origin supply. Featuring diversified trading formats, it has introduced internationally leading auction models, covering goods trading and pre-sales of production capacity, and regularly hosts themed auctions and product promotion events. The Centre also includes an e-commerce incubation base, integrating livestreaming and supply-chain finance and other emerging business models to provide the Greater Bay Area with more convenient and efficient supply-chain services.


With a variety of trading models, the trading centre adopts international best practices including spot and pre-sale auctions. Periodic specialised auction events and product showcases are organised on a scheduled basis. Furthermore, the trading centre houses an e-commerce hub that seeks to deliver enhanced supply chain solutions for the region through consolidation of new approaches combining elements of live  streaming and financing services.

Located in China (Sichuan) Free Trade Zone in Chengdu Qingbaijiang District, the starting point of China-Europe Railway Express, Yuhu Cold Chain (Chengdu) Trading Centre is well-situated in the Chengdu International Railway Port of National Economic and Technological Development Zones in China and is empowered by unique land-sea transportation advantages with the largest rail container hub in Asia as well as dense road networks in the surrounds, as a key element of the National Backbone Cold Chain Logistics Center Chengdu.It has been awarded First-Grade (Three-Star) Green Warehouse, the highest grade of accreditation for green warehousing in China, by the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution (CAWD).


Yuhu Cold Chain (Chengdu) Trading Centre covers a site area of approximately 280,000㎡ and provides about 450,000㎡ of gross floor area. To date, it has already attracted over 600 leading companies across the industry. Rooted in Chengdu—widely known as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy and a renowned cultural destination—the Centre is developing a 280,000‑tonne, international‑standard smart and digital cold-chain trading centre. Its core functions will include an international ingredients supply-chain hub, a smart cold-chain logistics industrial centre, an online-to-offline (O2O) digital trading platform, and an urban processing, consolidation and distribution centre. Building on Yuhu Cold Chain’s role as a sector-leading (chain-leading) enterprise, the project will bring together top ingredient supply-chain players from China and overseas, foster strong industry clustering, and strengthen the cold-chain ecosystem—creating a more seamless circulation that links Central and Western China with the global ingredients supply chain.

adjacent to well-established transportation resources including Tianhe Airport, the largest international aviation hub in central China, and the largest railway marshaling station in Asia. The project covers a site area of approximately 208,000 sqm and a gross floor area of 275,000 sqm, with over 210,000-tonne cold storage capacity in world-class cold chain warehouses. Empowered by Wuhan’s prime location as the national logistics and trade hub, Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) offers integrated cold chain solutions and supply chain services, and pools leading food trade enterprises to form a self-reinforcing ecosystem that contributes to the domestic-international dual circulation of the nation.


Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) Trading Centre is positioned as Tier‑1 trading hub for globally sourced cold-chain food products. Going forward, it will build on international-standard infrastructure to safeguard the quality and safety of agricultural products throughout the entire supply chain. In addition, Yuhu Cold Chain provides merchants with end-to-end, integrated supply-chain enablement services. For example, through online trading platforms such as iYuhu, the company offers full-chain solutions covering smart warehousing, centralized trading, supply-chain finance, customs declaration, frozen-products auctions, e-commerce, and more. These services help on-site merchants reduce costs, improve efficiency, and expand market reach, while accelerating the upgrading of the cold-chain industry in Central China and strengthening overall supply-chain resilience.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Meishan) Trading Centre is positioned as a benchmark fruit-focused centre that is anchored in Southwest China, reaches Northwest China, and connects with Southeast Asia. It aims to become Western China’s leading destination for fruit trading, using an online-merge-offline model to help fruit growers achieve low-cost digital transformation and expand their market reach.


The Centre covers a total site area of approximately 256,000㎡ and a total gross floor area of about 172,000㎡, with 35,000 tonnes of cold storage capacity. It will introduce high-quality imported fruit supplies and build an innovative Tier‑1 distribution and consolidation hub spanning the entire fruit circulation value chain, covering fruit trading, cold-chain warehousing, sorting and processing, storage-to-last-mile distribution services, and import/export services. By leveraging multiplier effects across the industry and demand-driven growth, the project will deliver dual upgrades in both the industry and consumer experience.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Jieyang) Trading Centre / Jieyang International Agricultural Products Trading Centre is Yuhu Cold Chain’s flagship project in eastern Guangdong and another major strategic footprint in the Greater Bay Area, following the successful launch of its Guangzhou project. The Centre spans a total site area of 315,000㎡, with around 320,000㎡ of gross floor area and 65,000 tonnes of cold storage capacity, integrating international cold-chain food trading, Chaoshan specialty food experiences, ready-to-eat processing, and smart logistics in one comprehensive hub.


On the first day of trial operations, the Centre’s vegetable zone achieved 100% occupancy, marking a strong start that will help lead Jieyang and eastern Guangdong’s agricultural distribution into a new era of digital and intelligent trading and logistics—upgrading the region’s “vegetable basket” supply system.


Looking ahead, the Centre will provide high-efficiency distribution channels for locally sourced premium vegetables, grain and edible oils, as well as signature regional products such as Chaoshan beef balls, Puning fried tofu, and Longjiang braised pork trotters. It will offer solid support for rural revitalization, farmers’ income growth, and downstream value-chain extension. Leveraging Yuhu Cold Chain’s role as a chain-leading enterprise, the project is set to drive coordinated development across nearly 1,000 upstream and downstream companies, enhance value creation across the industry chain, and accelerate the build-out of a high-standard, digital and intelligent regional agricultural distribution network—supporting local specialty products as they expand nationwide and reach global markets.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Xiangyang) Trading Centre is in Fanxi Logistics Park, Fancheng District, Xiangyang City. The project has a total construction area of 120,000 square meters. It will jointly build a full-link service system with Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) Trading Centre, to act as critical infrastructure to uplift Xiangyang's logistics and trade capabilities to higher standards. It will be another main project of Yuhu Cold Chain in Central China after settling in Wuhan. This state-of-the-art project aims to be a technologically advanced, eco-friendly, and comprehensively equipped trading and logistics hub. It combines intelligent cold chain facilities with trading, processing, exhibition, and residential components. While our supply chain finance platform would further enhance its service capabilities as an integrated solution for the cold chain industry.


As the first urban hub of Yuhu Cold Chain in the Central China, this project will support the operations of the regional center in Wuhan. It will directly serve the "Xiangzhou-Shiyan-Suizhou-Shennongjia " and "Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi " city clusters, striving to build a regional cold chain logistics hub that connects the "Xiangyang Metropolitan Area" and serves the Southern Xiangyang. The project aims to be a game-changer that turbocharges Xiangyang's growth as well as its logistics ascendancy at the national level.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Changsha) Trading Centre is the seventh project in Yuhu Cold Chain’s strategic rollout across Greater China. The Centre covers a site area of 267,000㎡ and delivers around 360,000㎡ of gross floor area, with over 280,000 tonnes of cold storage capacity. The investment will develop four major functional zones: an exhibition, showcase and trading zone, a cold-chain warehousing and delivery zone, an import–export trade services zone, and a business and supporting amenities zone.


The Changsha project will continue the function of the international frozen food trading center, and build an international food trading service platform of "Buying Globally and Selling to Hunan, Buying from Hunan and Selling Globally". It will incorporate additional business strategies like food tasting zones and e-commerce live streaming bases. By establishing this major cold chain trading centre, it can boost Hunan's integration and prominence in international supply chains, propel industrial upgrades, and lead the high-quality development of cold chain supply chains.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Tianjin) Trading Centre / Tianjin Yuhu International Agricultural Products Trading Centre, is Yuhu Cold Chain’s first Tier‑1 trading centre in Northern China. Leveraging Tianjin’s unique dual-hub advantage of “airport + seaport”, the project will develop approximately 300,000 tonnes of cold storage capacity and a smart, digital supply-chain management system. Closely integrated with the industrial ecosystem of Tianjin Port, it aims to build an international agricultural-products distribution hub serving the “Three Norths” regions—North China, Northwest China, and Northeast China—and a benchmark project for integrated port–industry–city development. The centre will deeply integrate functions spanning comprehensive fruit-and-vegetable trading, live seafood trading, cold-chain food trading, warehousing and logistics, processing services, and trade settlement. Two signature zones are planned: a Premium Ingredients Experience Zone and a Bulk Commodities Auction Zone. Advanced technologies including blockchain-enabled traceability and AI-powered sorting will be introduced to support coordinated innovation between technology and industry. End-to-end traceability will also be used to safeguard food safety throughout the entire process, directly addressing public needs for improved livelihoods and consumer confidence.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Nanjing) Trading Centre is positioned as a full‑spectrum cold chain food service hub for the Yangtze River Delta and a city safeguard base, covering an area of 139,000㎡ with a total gross floor area of about 300,000㎡.


The Centre is planned around four major functional zones: international cold-chain food trading, cold-chain warehousing, integrated processing, and supporting services. It marks a key step in deepening the company’s East China strategy and further strengthening its nationwide physical fulfilment network. At the same time, it will leverage Nanjing’s strategic location—connecting east and west and linking north and south—to enhance the region’s role as a logistics hub, support Nanjing and the Yangtze River Delta in building modern, digital and intelligent cold-chain infrastructure, accelerate integration of upstream and downstream resources across the value chain, and drive industrial upgrading—injecting new momentum into Nanjing’s development as a national-level logistics hub and high-quality regional economic growth.
